NRSEM-2021 is the fifth meeting in the series of the International Conference of International Conferences on European Environmental Policy and the case of Cyprus mines (EEPCCM-2001), Environmental Problems of the Mediterranean Region (EPMR-2002) and Environment: Survival and sustainability (ESS-2007, ESS-2019) building upon successful outcomes at the Near East University in 2007 and 2019. The conference gives a gold standard interdisciplinary platform and ideal environment to develop new collaborations and opportunity for research and academic forums, researchers, practitioners, and educators, industries, communities, and the private sector from worldwide to discuss most recent innovations and explore various dimensions of inter linkages between the impacts of climate change on different resources. This five-day conference consisting of a scientific program, comprehensive talks, special sessions, oral and poster presentations of peer-reviewed contributed papers and exciting and innovative research products which can be exhibited for further development in the field of natural resources (Water and Energy) on Sustainable Environmental Management. Moreover, the NRSEM-2021 is therefore dedicated to (1) addressing, discussing, and delivering implementable solutions (2) to address the current challenges of bridging the gap between government policymakers and providers of science and solutions with innovative ideas and new visions to help resolve the challenges facing us in the area of natural resources (water, energy), and environment.

Therefore, the conference aims to provide worldwide specialists, scholars, and researchers that are engaged in related fields a chance to exchange the latest research results and advances, study the latest technology, and establish an international friendship. This conference aims to provide intellectual guidance and scientific evidence on the challenges of global warming and climate change based on a humanistic and critical thinking approach, promoting research and education to build equality in the global community and more sustainable societies.
